"We got a phone call last week for a quote on homeowners insurance. They connected me to an agent and I was put on hold. After a minute or two I hung up. I immediately received a call back from Youngjin Ma of State Farm Insurance. He was just checking to see if we had mistakenly lost our call. I was a bit aggravated but Youngjin explained that he had an insurance quote ready for me and did I want to see if he could save me money. He explained our quote and how it was saving me money. I gave him my email and asked him to send it to me. He called me to make sure I received it and I asked him to call me back the next day to discuss, which he did. He was very kind and considerate and very patient with us and all of our questions. We did end up saving a substantial amount of money on our homeowners. Every question I brought up, he worked it out so that there was a savings while still giving me same (or better) coverage.
